Due to medical reasons my weekly reports have not been written the past several weeks. And this one shall be very brief.
A presentation on June 6 by my colleague Ben Deniston is the best summary of both the Western States exceptional drought that we are in the midst of, and an excellent background briefing on the water cycle and the policies required to actually solve the ongoing water crisis.
