“Lyndon LaRouche demanded for half a century that London’s dominant financial power be shut down, and the British intelligence schemes against national governments and their leaders ended. He proposed to do it by creating a summit process among the nations of America, China and Russia in particular, with India and perhaps Germany and Japan also playing a part, to bring back to life President Franklin Roosevelt’s post-war vision of a New Bretton Woods credit and monetary system. This is the explicit aim of the series of extraordinary conferences which have been held by the Schiller Institute and LaRouche Political Action Committee throughout this year, recently with dozens of leading speakers and the participation of thousands around the world.”

A Note To Readers

A short report this week.

We begin with the U.S. Drought Monitor, a weather report, and some summary coverage of the fires.

In addition to what is covered below on the fires, this adds a little to the summary of those fires in California: There are still more than two dozen major fires in the state, and the total number of fires in the state so far this year is over 7,900. There are more than 19,000 fire fighters on the lines. The area burnt is approaching four million acres, with an estimated 6,400 structures destroyed. More than 23,000 people remain in evacuation from their homes.

While little is moving forward on the necessity of creating an infrastructure-driven real economic development, there is one little piece of progress. The US Bureau of Reclamation releases the final plan to fix the Friant-Kern Canal, which through land subsidence had lost upwards of 60% of its water delivery capacity.

The Artemis Project of NASA is moving forward, which is the most exciting thing of the U.S. space program seen since the Apollo Project of fifty years ago. The Artemis Project is described by NASA as, “America has entered a new era of exploration. NASA’s Artemis program will lead humanity forward to the Moon and prepare us for the next giant leap, the exploration of Mars.” The first woman and the next man will be landing on the Moon in 2024, as long as the Congress approves the budget. With this Congress, that is really an unknown.

We conclude this week’s report with the new criminal banking activity exposed by another release of secret banking documents; once again, it is centered in the City of London and London’s offshore bank centers. Since the year 2000, more than 2$ trillion has been laundered by U.S. and British banks for criminal organizations, drug cartels, money laundering operations and terrorist organizations.
