A Note To Readers
A break for Christmas in in order. So, below you will find just one item: A report and presentation I did in 2012, which tells the story of one of the epic battles in the West to not just build needed infrastructure, but how the project to build the Grand Coulee Dam in Washington State transformed the entire nation’s economy, raising that economy to a new platform of productivity and uplifting the lives of millions of people. The dam began producing power in January, 1941 and for the next more than four years was the power that fueled the Boeing aircraft plants in Seattle and the shipyards of the northwest, providing the planes and ships required for WWII.
