The news is out: According to the latest IPCC report, the state of the Earth is catastrophic, but we still have a chance. All we have to do is listen to the 16-year-old climate figurehead Greta Thunberg of Sweden, the “Extinction Rebellion,” and Dennis Meadows. We don’t only need to be ashamed to fly, but we also need to be ashamed to eat meat, or food generally, to drive cars, travel, heat our homes, and, to get right down to it, we should be ashamed that we exist, because it were better for the climate if we didn’t! And, of course, if you haven’t noticed yet: snow is black!

Helga Zepp-LaRouche

A Note to Readers

Just in case you have not noticed, the Extinction Rebellion and its associated billionaires, other eco-fascist organizations, and, of course, the British Royal Family, have declared war on civilization. All because as OAC said, we have only 12 years to stop global warming or it will be the end. Two weeks ago, Prince Charles upped the stakes, claiming that there is only 18 months remaining to set us on the right path.

So, Helga Zepp-LaRouche’s barely ironic ridicule of this (above) is entirely appropriate.

Her quote is from her article published by LaRouche PAC on August 12, “Frontal Assault on Our Standard of Living: Multi-billionaires Are Financing ‘Climate Protectors’!,“ and an extended excerpt is the lead of the Feature this week.

In this week’s report

Drought remains only in the Pacific Northwest, and in particular Washington State. The U.S. Drought Monitor shows its development.

The intent to actually build infrastructure, both in the state and nationally, is stalled, as the political paralysis both here and in D.C. shows no sign of going away. While that is true, a more fundamental development is now occurring with the blowing out of the biggest speculation bubble in history. Excerpts from a post today by LaRouche PAC highlight some of the breakdown.

Usually, Forbes.com has represented among the media outlets a publication that has not been afraid to go against the tide, aggressively promoting nuclear power for example. But, now even Forbes.com is succumbing to the dictates of what is acceptable. An interview they published on August 9 was removed two or three days later and in its place was this statement: After review, this post has been removed for failing to meet our editorial standards.”

And what were the “editorial standards” the article violated? Simply an interview with Nir Shaviv, chairman of Jerusalem’s Hebrew University physics department, who says that his research and that of colleagues, suggests that rising CO2 levels, while hardly insignificant, play only a minor role compared to the influence of the sun and cosmic radiation on the earth’s climate.

I was fortunate enough to have downloaded the article before it was removed, and you will be able to read it below.

That is followed by further items of the absurdity of much of the so-called science that is helping to create the irrational Children’s’ Crusade of the Extinction Rebellion.

The Feature this week tops it off.
