LaRouche South Africa Leader: Join Me in Saying No to COP21 and Carbon Dioxide Reduction!
Nov. 14 (EIRNS)--Ramasimong Phillip Tsokolibane, leader of LaRouche South Africa, has issued the following
statement on the upcoming genocidal COP21 conference on "global warming" in Paris:
I, Ramasimong Tsokolibane, hereby fully endorse the Resolution being circulated internationally by the Schiller
Institute, entitled `We Say No to the Paris COP21 CO2 Reduction Scheme', and regard it as a matter of utmost
urgency that leading figures in South Africa sign and endorse it as well.
Let me state the issue simply and plainly: The 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP21, to be
held in Paris, France, from November 30 to December 11, is not a policy debate on an important matter facing
mankind. It is, rather, adeliberate attempt by certain agencies of the Brutish Empire, led by its degenerate
Royal Family and its global financial empire of money--known to all as the City of London and its Wall
Street satrapy--to organise a genocide, through enforced reductions in energy consumption and throughput
in the global economy. It is a genocide directed initially against the poorest populations in the poorest nations,
but ultimately against all peoples, that would achieve the stated intent of His Royal Virus Prince Philip and his
Dumbo-eared son, Charles, and others in their coterie, of eliminating 6 billion souls from this planet, including
most Africans.
The government of the United States, under the direction of British asset Barack Obama, has abandoned its
foundations and, unfortunately, put its full weight behind the programme for genocide on a scale that would
have made Adolf Hitler blush with envy.
These are the same genocidal forces that are attacking our government for its correct support for a programme
to increase energy throughput, and thereby increase the productive potentials of our economy and our people,
especially through expansion of our nuclear energy generating capabilities. The international expansion of nuclear
energy and the potential and promise of a subsequent rapid development of nuclear fusion reactors as a source
of even greater energy-flux densities--providing a virtually limitless source of power--have been taken off the
board by the same genocidalists, who authored the programme proposed for binding treaty adoption in Paris.
We must, and we will, stay the course on our nuclear intentions! We reject all content of the `concern over
climate change' programme! I have spoken out on this matter before and shall have more to say on it in the
near future, but let me say again: Those who attack our nuclear programme are serving the interests of an
enemy whose intention is to exterminate our people, and the people of all Africa!
Our government, in speaking on behalf of all nations of the G-77 + China, correctly stated that the conference
organisers were proposing a programme for adoption in Paris that was nothing less than a new form of apartheid,
which, if we allowed it to be implemented, would reduce and hold entire nations and peoples in a permanent state
of underdevelopment.
I endorse such statements, as far as they go. The Schiller Institute Resolution takes a necessary further step:
We absolutely and unequivocally reject the programme of this conference. But more fundamentally, we absolutely
and unequivocally reject its premise. If we are to truly serve the common aims of all mankind, we must seek
programmes of global development, whose intention it is to unleash the creative potential of the human species,
understanding that man is the only creature endowed with the ability to create its own destiny and thereby shape
the future of the universe. We are not animals! We must not, we will not, allow ourselves to be treated and
culled as animals by the beastmen who have organised this travesty in Paris.
I urge you to lift your voice against the anti-human beastmen and their false science of climate change,
sign this Resolution, and act collectively and responsibly for a better future.
Signed,
Ramasimong Phillip Tsokolibane
LaRouche South Africa
